| I’ve been working on this issue since January, and it’s been a huge undertaking. It has expanded to 68 pages plus covers, and of course I rewrote large portions after I thought I had it finished. But I wanted to have the entire comic in the can before I sought crowdfunding at Kickstarter. Last fall I did a rewrite that pushed back its shipping until after the first of the year. This was partly due to the holiday crunch in printing and shipping, and a global paper shortage. Because I’m aware of these things this issue, my plan is to get the Kickstarter campaign begun right after Labor Day in the USA and end it in early October. I’ll have the funds in less than two weeks, then have the comic printed in late October and it SHOULD be back to me before the end-of-year crunch occurs. I’ll consult with my printer to make sure that is a good plan. If not, I’ll move the printing up a few weeks to get it back to me before the end of October. Then I ship. I’m including a page from the beginning of the comic that you haven’t seen. It’s not colored yet, and I have a novel coloring scheme I’m using this issue that holds over into BBC6, The Black and White Issue.
